Group classes:
Wednesdays: 7:00-8:30pm (90 minutes), at YIB, Rue Alfred Cluysenaar 20, 1060 Brussels.
Fridays: 6:30pm – 7:30pm (60 minutes) , at YIB, Rue Alfred Cluysenaar 20, 1060 Brussels.
Cost: 1 class 10 euros, 5-class pass valid 2 months 40 euros. Spots are limited, please register for each class a few days in advance. Cancellation 24 hours before class so people on the waiting list can get in, thank you 
Masterflow Classes
Monthly 2-hour classes on Saturday mornings from 10:00am to 12:00pm at YIB, next dates: 18 February 2012 / 17 March 2012 / 14 April 2012 (TBC)

Private classes (one-on-one or small group):
If you want something a little bit more tailored, whether you are a beginner curious to start with solid foundations or a more advanced student wanting to go deeper into your practice, I offer private tuition on a 1-on-1 or small group basis. The practice is tailor made for *you* and your needs, there is no such thing as taking care of and investing in yourself
